The article shows Breytenbach’s critical presuppositions in hermeneutics, especially his contribution towards the understanding of diversity in the message of the Old Testament and the ‘second naiveté’ which constitutes a critical lens through which the Old Testament should be interpreted by the Christian faith community. | |
