| Description | As a result of a re-evaluation of Cotyledon and Adromisehus, it was found necessary to amend the delimitation of Cotyledon and to describe a new genus Tylecodon. A summarized revision of Adromisehus with keys to sections, species and subspecific taxa is provided. The following new names and new combinations are effected: Adromisehus sect.
