Description | Doeltreffende dunlagiesonselle is vervaardig met CulnSe₂-absorpsielagies wat verkry is deur die selenisering (in H₂Se/Ar-atmosfeer) van InSe/Cu- en InSe/Cu/lnSe-metaalallooie. Die materiaaleienskappe van die CulnSe₂-lagies en die doeltreffendheid van voltooide toestelle is kritiek beïnvloed deur die aard van die metaalallooie voor die seleniseringstap. Optiniale materiaaleienskappe is verkry wanneer InSe/Cn/lnSe-allooie geseleniseer is in H₂Se/Ar terwyl die temperatuur tussen 200 °C en 400 °C verhoog is. Efficient thin film solar cells were fabricated using CulnSe absorber fi lm s obtained from the selenization (in H,Se/Ar atmosphere) o f InSe/Cu and InSe/Cu/lnSe metallic alloys. The material properties o f the CuInSe₂ layers and efficiencies of completed devices were critically influenced by the nature of the metallic alloys before the selenization step. Optimum material properties were obtained when InSe/Cu/InSe alloys were selenized in H₂Se/Ar while ramping the temperature between 200 °C and 400 °C. | |
