Description | Meganiese rekking van atriale spierweefsel in vitro lei tot die beweging van ANP-granules vanaf sentrale perinukleêre areas na perifere dele van die sarkoplasma by die sarkoplasma. Hierdie sentrifugale beweging is geassosieer met maksimale sekresie van ANP in die suspensiemedium, sonder morfologiese bewyse van eksositose. Aangesien die toediening van vinblastien die verplasing van granules en ANP - sekresie onderdruk, is mikrotubuli waarskynlik betrokke by intrasellulere beweging van ANP - granules. Mechanical stretch of atrial muscle in vitro induces movement of ANP granules from central perinuclear areas to the periphery of the sarcoplasm at the sarcolemma. This centrifugal movement is associated with maximal secretion of ANP into the suspension medium, without morphological evidence of exocytosis. Since the addition of vinblastine suppresses the movement of granules and ANP secretion, microtubuli are probably involved in the intracellular movement of ANP granules. | |
