Daar is op gewys dat die rolspelers oral grootliks dieselfde is; dit is net die belangrikheid van hulle rolle wat verskil. ’n Pleidooi is gelewer om ’n stelsel in die RSA daar te stel wat sal aanpas by die finansiele en kulturele milieu en verder dat die gesindhede van die verskillende rolspelers reg sal wees om die stelsel te laat werk. The setup of agricultural research in the RSA was given a long and hard look in comparison with those on otherAfrican countries, the USA, Britain, West Germany, Israel, the Netherlands and Australia. It was shown that therole players were basically the same in all countries, it was just the importance of their roles that differed. A pleawas made to create a system in the RSA which was adapted to the local cultural and financial climate and that thedisposition of the role players should be such that the system would be successful. | |
