Description Lhermitte-Duclos disease (LDD) is arare cerebellar lesion of uncertain origin.It is linked to an autosomal- dominantphakomatosis known asCowden’s disease in 40% of patients.The MRI features of LDD are almostunique and can be considered diagnostic.We report on a patient whopresented with the typical MRI featuresof the above disease, and discussthe imaging features, pathology andgenetics.
