Description Löffler’s syndrome was initiallydescribed as a disorder characterisedby transient pulmonary infiltratesaccompanied by peripheral bloodeosinophilia in asymptomatic ormildly ill patients. Abnormal chestradiographic findings are said tooccur in 95% of patients but there areno descriptions of CT findings. Thereare many causes of this syndrome, butin developing countries the mostcommon presentation remains secondaryto the migratory larvae ofcommon intestinal helminths. Wepresent the clinical and radiologicalfeatures of a boy with clearly definedLöffler's syndrome due to larvalmigration.
