Understandably there would be parents who are of the opinion that they don’t want to expose their children to alcohol. How constitutive is wine - and alcoholic wine in particular - then for the Eucharist? This article argues that the presence of Christ should be sought in the faithful use of the elements, in communion with other believers. | |
